The ButylXpress Pro tanking membrane brings genuine peel-and-stick speed to wetroom waterproofing. Each 550mm x 25m roll pairs a butyl rubber sealing layer with a fleece carrier, so there is no separate adhesive to spread, no slurry coat to brush on and no drying time to wait out before you crack on.
Application is straightforward: peel back the release liner, press the membrane onto a sound substrate and roll it down firmly to expel trapped air. The exposed fleece face gives a strong mechanical key for tile adhesive, meaning you can tile straight over the tanked surface without pause.

The membrane is the final layer in the ButylXpress Pro sequence. Seal all the joints, corners and pipe penetrations first with the matching self-adhesive details, then roll the membrane across the walls and floors to cover everything in one continuous, fleece-faced surface. That fleece face is what tile adhesive keys into, so the wet area is ready to tile as soon as the membrane is down.
