Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@millcot.com or call 01245 227200. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.

Return Postage

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@millcot.com with your order number and photos. We'll assess the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used adhesives, grouts, silicones, screeds, primers, and other chemical or perishable products
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Hazardous materials or flammable products
  • Sale items and gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending anything back.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the right product is to return the original item and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few working days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the payment.
