We have made every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, images, and specifications. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen accurately represents colours, and minor variations may occur. Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss alternatives or issue a full refund.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged. If a pricing error is identified after your order has been placed, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that all information provided is accurate and complete. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order — acceptance occurs when your order is despatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. 7. Returns & Refunds

We operate a 30-day returns policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Certain products — including opened adhesives, grouts, silicones, screeds, and other chemical products — cannot be returned due to their perishable nature. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
