Mapei Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240 is a high-performance, fibre-reinforced self-levelling smoothing compound designed specifically for renovating and levelling existing floor substrates with minimal preparation. Its advanced formula allows application over old adhesive residues, worn screeds and uneven surfaces, saving time on preparation before the installation of new floor coverings.
- Application depth: 3mm to 40mm in a single coat
- Foot traffic: approximately 3–12 hours (depending on thickness and site conditions)
- Floor coverings can be installed after 24–72 hours (depending on thickness and site conditions)
