Description
The Rubi 52939 Half Bullnose is a precision-engineered grinder accessory designed to produce clean, half-rounded edges on the cut faces of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles. Engineered in Spain by Rubi, a manufacturer whose tile-cutting tools are specified by professional tilers across Europe, this profile wheel turns an ordinary 115mm angle grinder into a controlled edge-profiling tool.
The half bullnose profile rounds one corner of the tile edge to a 90° radius — the standard detail used to finish exposed tile edges on shower returns, window reveals, step nosings and worktop transitions where a square edge would feel sharp and look unfinished. With patient passes and progressive pressure, the diamond profile shapes the tile face without the chipping or burn marks typical of free-hand grinding.
