The Rubi 52938 Full Bullnose is a precision-engineered grinder accessory designed to produce smooth, fully rounded edges on the cut faces of ceramic, porcelain and natural stone tiles. Spanish-engineered by Rubi — a manufacturer whose tile-cutting tools are specified by professional tilers across Europe — this profile wheel converts a standard 115mm angle grinder into a controlled, full-radius edge-shaping tool.
The full bullnose profile rounds both corners of the tile edge into a continuous 180° radius — the premium finish detail used on step nosings, pool surrounds, exposed worktop fronts, balcony edges and other locations where the tile edge is both visible and exposed to handling. With progressive passes and steady pressure, the diamond profile shapes the tile face without the chipping, burn marks or hot spots typical of free-hand grinding.
