UltraTile ProLevel One Deep – Rapid-Set Deep Fill Floor Leveller
UltraTile ProLevel One Deep is a single-part, high-strength, rapid drying and curing cementitious smoothing and levelling compound purpose-built for deep fill applications. Formulated with a blend of specially graded fillers, cements and polymers, it gives a strong, sound and even base for fixing small or large format tiles in one pour – even at thicker depths where standard levellers fall short. Its rapid curing profile means light foot traffic is possible after just 3 hours, with tiling able to begin after only 4 hours, keeping projects moving and reducing costly downtime on site.

Applications
Designed for professional tilers, bathroom fitters, wetroom installers and builders working on internal floors ahead of tiling. Suitable for use over concrete subfloors, tamped or pan floated concrete, sand/cement screeds, existing smoothing underlayments, anhydrite/calcium sulphate/gypsum based screeds, plywood and tile backer board, and terrazzo/granolithic ceramic tiles. Compatible with warm water and radiant electrical underfloor heating systems (solid floors only – always consult the underfloor heating manufacturer for guidance). Not suitable for vinyl tiles or as a pre-smoothing layer prior to DPM or MVS application.
Performance & Features
UltraTile ProLevel One Deep meets classification CT-C35-F8 AR0.5 to BS EN 13813, offering a 28-day compressive strength of 35.0N/mm² and flexural strength of 8N/mm². Working time at 20°C is approximately 20–30 minutes, giving installers a practical window to mix, pour and trowel the material to a lump-free, creamy consistency before it begins to set.
Compatibility
All subfloors should be assessed for moisture in accordance with BS 8203 and primed with UltraTile ProPrimer before application – porous substrates typically need a diluted coat (3:1 with water), while dense, non-porous substrates should be primed neat. Always allow primer to dry fully before applying ProLevel One Deep.
