Description
Larsen DPM One Coat Rapid is a high-performance, 2-part solvent-free epoxy damp proof membrane formulated to suppress residual moisture in concrete and cement-based screeds prior to the installation of moisture-sensitive floor coverings. Applied as a single coat to the prepared substrate (suitable up to 98% RH), it provides a reliable moisture barrier and allows same-day covering without the delay associated with multi-coat systems.
Suitable for use under vinyl, carpet, engineered timber and other moisture-sensitive floor covering systems, it dramatically reduces the risk of adhesive failure, surface bubbling and floor covering degradation caused by residual construction moisture.

- Single coat application — up to 98% RH (max coverage 18m² per 10kg pack at up to 98% RH, 25m² at up to 85% RH)
- Touch dry in 1–2 hours, walkable in 4 hours at 20°C
- For use on concrete and cement-based screeds, including heated screeds up to a maximum surface temperature of 27°C
- Not suitable for gypsum or magnesite screeds, or for resisting hydrostatic pressure
- Can be overlaid with latex levelling compounds the same day; check compatibility with your adhesive supplier before applying flooring adhesive directly
- Interior applications only
Safety: Part B can cause severe burns and may cause an allergic reaction. Consult the safety data sheet before use. Mix with a slow speed drill and paddle; hand mixing is not suitable.
