Ecoprotec Patio Sealer is a water based impregnating sealer for all types of natural stone and concrete paving. It soaks into the surface rather than forming a film, helping protect patios, paths and driveways against staining while keeping a delicately enhanced natural finish. This 5 litre container suits landscapers, paving contractors and homeowners sealing larger areas.

Applications
Suitable for all types of natural stone and concrete paving, including honed, rough cut, flamed and brushed stone surfaces. Used by landscapers, paving installers and DIY users to seal and protect patios, garden paths and external paving. For external and internal stone surfaces that need an impregnating treatment rather than a surface coating.
Performance & Application
- Preparation: surface must be completely clean, dry and free from dirt, grime, cement and grout. Wash with a 1:5 dilute solution of Ecoprotec Intensive Cleaner, scrub with a nylon scrubbing pad or deck brush, rinse well and leave to dry for 24 hours.
- Application: shake before use. Apply evenly with a foam roller, paint brush or light pressure sprayer.
- Absorbent surfaces: apply further coats at hourly intervals until fully saturated. Saturation is normally reached when an even layer of sealer is still visible on the surface after 20 minutes. Leave to dry.
- Vertical surfaces: always apply from the bottom up and wipe away any drips.
- Apply between 5°C and 25°C. Always test on a small area first to establish the best method and number of coats.
- Clean tools and brushes with water after use.
