MILLCOT Dry Diamond Tile Drill Bits are wax-filled, dry-use diamond core bits engineered for clean, chip-free drilling through porcelain, ceramic and natural stone. Designed for tilers who need accurate, repeatable cut-outs for tap fittings, shower mixer bodies, plumbing collars and electrical back-boxes — without breaking the tile and without resorting to water cooling on site.
Each bit features a wax-filled centre that melts progressively as friction builds, drawing heat away from the diamond rim and extending the working life of the bit. The result is fast, consistent cutting through dense porcelain and stone — even on multiple holes in a single session — without the premature glazing or burnout common to budget dry cores.
