Corners and wall-to-floor junctions are the hardest-working part of any wetroom: they take the building's movement and they carry the silicone that will one day need cutting out and replacing. This CutX Pro Fleece Tanking Tape answers both demands in a single 140mm x 25m strip.
A central expansion zone flexes to absorb movement and bridge cracks at these stress points, while a built-in dual-layer aramid cut protection zone shields the waterproofing membrane from the knife during future silicone removal. Fleece-coated on both faces, it keys firmly into bonded tanking systems, and at just 0.9mm it disappears neatly beneath the tile.
