Description

Outward-facing corners around shower kerbs, upstands and boxed-in pipework are notoriously awkward to tank reliably, and just as awkward to protect once tiled. Yet these edges collect silicone that will eventually perish and be raked out with a knife, risking a hidden slice through the waterproofing behind. The pre-formed CutX Pro External Corner is shaped to solve exactly that.

Its elastomer body carries an integrated textile cut protection layer and overlapping fleece reinforcement, giving the blade something it cannot get through and leaving the tanking membrane untouched during any future re-seal. Fleece-coated on both sides, it bonds securely and accommodates movement without cracking.
