Where wall meets floor is the hardest-working line in any wetroom, and the ButylXpress Pro skirting tape is shaped to waterproof it with confidence. Supplied on a 120mm x 10m roll, this self-adhesive butyl strip forms a permanent watertight seal along shower bases, bath surrounds and floor perimeters.
There is nothing to mix and nothing to prime. Peel the release liner and work the tape into the junction so it sits tight to both surfaces, with no drying time to wait out.

Fit it early in the sequence, sealing the wall-to-floor perimeter before the room is finished. The walls and floors are then covered with the fleece-faced ButylXpress Pro membrane, which laps over the skirting tape and provides the tile-ready surface.
