Description

Forming a reliable seal into a re-entrant angle by folding tape rarely works cleanly. The ButylX Pro Tanking Internal Corner solves that with a pre-formed 120mm x 120mm butyl corner that drops straight into the wall-floor-wall junction, giving a consistent, waterproof detail with none of the creasing or pinholing that hand-folded tape leaves behind.

Made from a high-quality butyl rubber compound with a fleece-laminated top face and a self-adhesive underside, it presses firmly onto a primed substrate with no tanking slurry required. The fleece surface keys neatly into your field membrane or liquid waterproofing, so the corner becomes part of a continuous barrier rather than a weak overlap.
