Black Jack 908 Liquid Bitumen DPM is a rubber-enriched bitumen emulsion that provides an effective damp-proof membrane on floors and a waterproof coating for walls. It is commonly applied to concrete and masonry substrates prior to laying floor coverings, ensuring moisture is prevented from rising through the slab and causing damage to finishes above.
