OX Diamond Hand Polishing Pads are precision-crafted resin-bonded diamond pads engineered for fine surface refinement on porcelain, natural stone, granite, marble, concrete and glass. Sized for hand work, they reach the edges, mitres, internal corners and detailed cut-outs where a machine polisher simply can't get a face on the substrate — the points on every stone or porcelain installation that decide whether the finished job looks like trade work or DIY.
The diamond grit is bonded into a flexible resin matrix that contours to mitred edges and curved profiles, removing the saw marks from porcelain tile cuts, refining mitre joints on natural stone, and bringing edges back to a consistent polish after on-site cutting. Multiple grit grades step the operator through coarse stock removal to fine finishing — the same progression a machine polisher would deliver, controlled by hand for the awkward areas.
Wet use is recommended for the longest pad life and the cleanest finish on dense porcelain and granite, but the pads also work dry for quick touch-up passes where a water feed isn't practical. The flexible backing accepts a hook-and-loop backer pad for use on a hand sander, or works directly in the hand for the smallest detail areas.
